Your information, handled with care
This page explains what information Bell Reentry Housing LLC receives through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Last updated October 10, 2026
Information you give us
When you fill out the Resident Application or the contact form, we receive the information you type in. That can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, and details about a person's situation and housing needs. If someone fills out the application for another person, we also receive the helper's contact information.
How we use it
- To review applications for housing.
- To contact you, or the person who filled out the form, about your application or message.
- To answer your questions and plan for move-in.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Bell Reentry Housing staff who review applications and messages. Form submissions are delivered through our website host, Netlify, which stores them so they can reach us. We share information with others only when you ask us to, for example with a case manager or officer you listed, or when the law requires it.
What we don't collect online
We don't take payments on this website. Fees are discussed during the application process. Our online forms never ask for Social Security numbers or bank information.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. While you fill out the Resident Application, your browser keeps a temporary copy of your answers in session storage on your own device, so you don't lose them if the page reloads. It is cleared when you submit the application or close the browser tab.
The map on our website is provided by Google Maps, which may collect information under Google's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Call 281-736-5420 or email bellreentryhousing@gmail.com.
