About us

Real People. Second Chances. Lasting Change.

Bell Reentry Housing LLC provides structured transitional housing in Houston, Texas, for people who are reentering the community and need a safe, stable place to live while they rebuild their lives.

Who we are

A Houston home base for a fresh start

We provide structured transitional housing designed to help individuals successfully transition back into the community and work toward stable, independent living.

Our homes offer individual living arrangements, furnished or unfurnished rooms, and shared common areas like the kitchen and living room. Clear house expectations keep everyone safe, and the people around you believe in second chances.

We serve individuals returning from incarceration, people experiencing housing instability, and referrals from community organizations. Every application is reviewed individually.

What we believe

Hope. Support. Stability. Success.

Four words that guide how we run our homes. Each one builds on the one before it.

  • Hope

A fresh start is possible, and it begins with a safe place to land.

  • Support

We believe in second chances and stronger communities. No one should have to rebuild alone.

  • Stability

Structure, routine, and a steady address make everything else easier: work, appointments, and family.

  • Success

A pathway to independence, with tools, resources, and encouragement for a brighter future.

Our approach

Transition. Stability. Independence.

Temporary support with long-term goals. Here is how a stay at Bell is meant to unfold.

  1. Transition

    Land somewhere safe.

The first days after release or a housing crisis are the hardest. We start with the basics: a clean, secure room, a quiet place to sleep, and clear expectations, so you can catch your breath.

  2. Stability

    Build your routine.

With a steady address and a structured home, you can turn to what matters: work, IDs and documents, appointments, family, and healthy routines. Clear house expectations help everyone build accountability.

  3. Independence

    Step into your own life.

Length of stay varies based on individual needs. The goal stays the same: stable, independent living, and a plan for a place of your own.

New Home. New Mindset. Better Tomorrow.

For families and referral partners

Many applications start with someone who cares: a mother, a brother, a friend, or a case manager. Here is where to begin.

  • Helping a loved one come home

If someone you love is preparing for release, you can start the application for them. Gather what you can, and we'll help with the rest.
